If you're in the continental USA, you don't have to worry about shipping because we promise to take care of everything! The price you see for the item you are wanting, is the price you will pay. Nothing more...nothing less. PurePonds pays for all shipping and handling fees so you don't have to! If you're outside the continental USA, send us an email via our Contact Us page, and we will get you a shipping quote.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, we will gladly take it back within 7 days of your purchase, and refund your full purchase price minus shipping & handling fees, or exchange it for another one (if you so desire). Just email us using the Return Authorization page with your order number and the product you are wanting to return, and we will give you a Return Authorization Number, and the address to ship the item to. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ITEM TO THE ADDRESS ON OUR CONTACT US PAGE!!!! That will deliver to our office, not our warehouse, and we will never know that you sent your item in.
Once we receive the item, your money will be credited back to whichever account you used to purchase the item, or a new item will be sent to the address we have on file for you (depending on whether it's an exchange or return).
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER!!! This number allows our system to credit your account...and that's a good thing.
